We recently had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with one of your service technicians in the set-up of our new Fibre-Optic system. He was extremely personable, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, organized, tidy and respectful. Overall, he was a distinct breath of fresh air in these troubling times. We thoroughly enjoyed our interaction with him.

Our daughter moved to Listowel in January 2016 and set up TV, Internet and home phone with Wightman. She has always been very satisfied with the service and the customer service whenever she has contacted them. When we moved into a new build home in August, there was no doubt that we would be choosing Wightman as our provider. We also bundled new cell phones for the 3 of us with Wightman. The service techs who did the initial setup at our house were awesome! We had one very minor signal problem over the Labour Day long weekend and when I called the tech support number, the tech I spoke with was great in trying to help me with the issue. Eventually a tech had to be sent to the house. He was great and the issue was resolved quickly and permanently. Prior to signing on with Wightman, we had a mix of providers for our services. Neither of these companies can compare with the level of service and the competitive pricing that Wightman provides. Thank you and Keep up the great work!

On Saturday one of your techs came to my home to run a couple extra lines for television. He was amazing. One was a fairly difficult install which he gave me several options for. He ended up running part of it through my basement and then the rest on the outside of the house. Where ever possible he hid it in flashing. Install looks great he also made me aware that I have the option of using my one DVR and connecting throughout the house so I can record and watch in any room. Being a service tech myself I always like to leave and install the way I would want it in my own home and Wightman did not disappoint.

We have been waiting for Wightman TV with anticipation and have not been disappointed. Seeing caller ID on screen without having to push a button is a real bonus! The clarity is great and the sound can be set lower. It is just a learning thing now to know what is on which channel, etc. We have so much to choose from and the DVR capabilities are tremendous. It was well worth the wait and we certainly have been recommending it to anyone who will listen. We have been a big fan of Wightman since we switched our phone and internet a number of years ago. Your customer service and all employees we have dealt with are awesome. Thank you for coming to Stratford.

I just had a great experience with Wightman Technical Support… walked me through a "reboot" of my router (that I was to blame for) and explained the pertinent info quickly and to the point. Simple and I learned something in the process. Great support, great people. No wonder you "guys" are in "The Telephone Hall of Fame".

In the last month, your technician has conducted a house call to deal with internet and cable issues. He was tremendous. Timely courteous, respectful and informative. I wish I had been provided the education when I first signed on. So many services I haven't utilized as I didn't know they existed. Kudo's to Jeremy for an outstanding job!
