I have had repeated issues with my internet dropping. I called today and spoke to Dave and he was unbelievably helpful. He was able to reset my Fibre internet and boost my speed. Now everything works great! Dave was thorough and incredibly helpful. He resolved my issue in one phone call.

Our daughter moved to Listowel in January 2016 and set up TV, Internet and home phone with Wightman. She has always been very satisfied with the service and the customer service whenever she has contacted them. When we moved into a new build home in August, there was no doubt that we would be choosing Wightman as our provider. We also bundled new cell phones for the 3 of us with Wightman. The service techs who did the initial setup at our house were awesome! We had one very minor signal problem over the Labour Day long weekend and when I called the tech support number, the tech I spoke with was great in trying to help me with the issue. Eventually a tech had to be sent to the house. He was great and the issue was resolved quickly and permanently. Prior to signing on with Wightman, we had a mix of providers for our services. Neither of these companies can compare with the level of service and the competitive pricing that Wightman provides. Thank you and Keep up the great work!

These last two months have shown us a lot of the bad about companies that we have had the pleasure of dealing with since the flood on June 23 , which has prevented us from living in our home, but today we found one company which we didn't ask for anything from but who went above and beyond for their clients. Wightman Telecom has given us a rebate for the entire time we have been out of the house not just from the time we had a service suspend. They have also waved the reconnection fee for us. We’ve been Wightman customers for a few months and couldn’t be happier. The installation team were great, fast, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. We now have high speed, unlimited internet, TV service that far exceeds our previous service provider, picture is far superior, whole home PVR is great, guide is much better than our previous service provider as well. We also have 2 cell phones, which we didn’t have before, all for about $30 less a month than our previous service provider.
I am thrilled with the service provided that people in cities can only dream of. An Internet Service Provider with good customer service, using state of the art fiber technology, and they let me use my own router with no extra headaches? It certainly makes staying here perfect like good icing on a cake. To settle with something like cable or DSL when Fibre is available is crazy, it is the most reliable and fastest technology known to humans at this time.

I can count on one hand how many times the internet has had disruptions. And, when the internet has gone down, it's always been rectified very quickly! We love that if there is ever an issue, we can call and immediately be in touch with someone to help. They are all always so helpful and friendly. Today, we were driving through Hanover with our truck and 30 foot trailer. We decided to stop in at the Tim Horton's. When we went to leave, we realized that the only spot we could get turned around was where a Wightman truck with trailer had parked. The tech was heading into Tim's. He immediately saw our predicament and went back to his truck to move it in order for us to get out. This happened today, Monday, June 15th at about 2:45pm. Whoever this tech was -- a huge thank you! We absolutely love dealing with this company!!!

On Saturday one of your techs came to my home to run a couple extra lines for television. He was amazing. One was a fairly difficult install which he gave me several options for. He ended up running part of it through my basement and then the rest on the outside of the house. Where ever possible he hid it in flashing. Install looks great he also made me aware that I have the option of using my one DVR and connecting throughout the house so I can record and watch in any room. Being a service tech myself I always like to leave and install the way I would want it in my own home and Wightman did not disappoint.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was today, with the installation of my internet/cable TV. Appt was set for 8 am till noon. I have my first call from the technician just after 8 am and he appeared within 10 minutes of that call. He was very helpful and patient with a customer who is lacking in technology skills. He answered all my questions until I understood. After he left, he called back and said we forgot about my mobile devices and made sure that they were working before he left. This was such a distinct difference that the service I have received from the larger telecommunication companies. I am very happy have made this change. Thank you
