Software Upgrade August 4 and 5

Please be advised that Wightman will be taking steps to improve the stability, security and functionality of your devices, by doing a software upgrade on August 4th and 5th, 2021. The devices involved are scheduled to update between 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM and will be restarted automatically. During the restart activity, services will not be available for a period of up to 5 minutes.

Impact to these devices and the network is an extremely low risk to our customers and Wightman services, however should you experience any issues please reboot your device or contact our technical support team.
