Please be advised that Wightman will be taking steps to improve the stability, security and functionality of your devices, by doing a software upgrade on August 10th to August 12th, 2021. The devices involved will randomly perform this software upgrade periodically throughout this three day period and will be restarted automatically. During the restart activity, services will not be available for a period of up to 5 minutes.

Impact to these devices and the network is an extremely low risk to our customers and Wightman services, however should you experience any issues please reboot your device or contact our technical support team.
