Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic telecommunications sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key client accounts, driving sales revenue, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to develop relationships with decision-makers, close deals, and execute sales strategies that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management & Support:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction by actively listening to customer needs and providing customized solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues, troubleshooting challenges, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve product-related problems. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, delivering value through our products and services.
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Identify sales opportunities, create tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts. Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Account Growth & Revenue Generation:
Focus on expanding existing accounts and securing new business by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Proactively seek new clients while maintaining and growing relationships with current ones.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the VP of Sales and Marketing, cross-functional teams, and customer service departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Track sales activities and performance against KPIs, providing regular updates on progress, customer feedback, and market trends. Utilize CRM systems to manage the pipeline and forecast sales.
• Market Insights & Product Knowledge:
Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Share market insights with the team to differentiate our products and services, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Proven success in driving revenue and managing client relationships.
• Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals, manage complex sales cycles, and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with telecommunications products/services and the ability to quickly learn new solutions. Proficiency with CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with senior decision makers and other key stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage a large volume of accounts efficiently.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to identify client needs, offer creative solutions, and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise in the sales process.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer success, with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
