Install today was flawless. Both outside and inside work was neat and organized. Mike and Ryan are the best !!! Mike took the time to ensure all my routers were functioning, showed me how the tv remote works, and check my speeds. Happy customer here...after 35 years with Rogers.

Took a while to get my fiber set up, but the staff were all amazing. Ryan, the tech who installed, was friendly, knowledgeable and overall great. Sandra in customer service was very helpful and responsive. 5 stars, hands down.
Wightman is wonderful. They actually answer the phone! Almost immediately. An installer, Ryan, was at my door within the week - on time and super helpful. He even tidied up some messy Bell wires coming into our home. And Wightman is considerably cheaper, then Bell.
We have been patiently waiting for the install of our Fibre to home internet for almost 3 years and the wait was worth it. Our installer Ryan was not only informative, but he personally went over and above to learn about how our home operates and adjusts his install to fit. This is by far the best experience we have ever had with not only this service but any service we've requested. The high speed and seemless connection to tech support is superior. If everyone can just know there are definitely more than 2 kids on the block when it comes to home internet and TV services...there is a much better, stronger and local option to our internet and TV options.... and this is Wightman. Thank you to Ryan and the team at Wightman.
Excellent customer service at set up and since, with the couple of small items we've had. Less than a minute to tech support, friendly service and reliable product. Night and day from the others (I'm looking at you, Rogers, with your 3 hour waits for a rep and terrible service). We are not looking back - Wightman it is for us from now on!
